PHILIPSBURG--Finance Minister Ardwell Irion said on Wednesday that St. Maarten had received a 61.2-million-guilder loan from the Netherlands on December 28.

PHILIPSBURG: --- The coalition partners that are supporting the government of St. Maarten give the Prime Minister of St. Maarten its blessings in the form of a verbal declaration to go ahead and sign the COHO law.
